- Personal details shared in conversations

What We Collect (Anonymous Only)
- General regional usage (e.g. "West Coast US") — no personal connection
- App performance metrics — response times, error rates
- Feature popularity — which types of adventures people search for
Activity Search Disclaimer
When Kinly suggests local activities, it searches for relevant experiences near you. Always verify business hours, locations, and availability before visiting. Kinly cannot guarantee the accuracy of third-party business information.
Third-Party Services
When you send a message to Kinly, it's temporarily processed by AI services to generate your response.
AI Processing:
- Anthropic: Powers Kinly's responses. Anthropic does not use your conversations for training without explicit consent.
Other services:
- Netlify: Hosts the application
- Simple Analytics: Anonymous usage stats only

Your personal data is stored only on your device until you delete it. We retain no personal information on our servers. Anonymous analytics data is kept for service improvement only.

Kinly is for users 17 and older. If you're under 17, please don't use Kinly.
