These Terms govern your use of Kinly, your AI-powered adventure concierge. By using Kinly, you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable — not to trick you.
What Kinly Is
Kinly is an AI concierge that helps you find local adventures, events, trails, restaurants, and experiences. It learns your vibe and gives you one great suggestion — then gets you off your phone and out the door.

Age Requirements
You must be at least 17 years old to use Kinly. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Your Account
- You're responsible for keeping your account secure
- Provide accurate information during signup
- One account per person
- Don't share your account with others
Current Plan
Kinly is currently free to use. A paid plan may be introduced in the future — if and when that happens, you'll be notified well in advance and existing users will have time to decide.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Kinly for anything illegal
- Attempt to harm, abuse, or harass anyone
- Share offensive or harmful content
- Try to reverse engineer or hack our services
- Use the service to spam or distribute malware
- Violate any applicable laws
AI Disclaimer
Kinly uses AI — and AI can be wrong. Always:
- Verify important information independently
- Confirm business details before visiting any location
- Use your own judgment for personal decisions
- Don't rely on Kinly alone for anything critical
Activity Search Disclaimer
Kinly searches for real local businesses, trails, and events. We can't guarantee:
- Accuracy of hours, pricing, or contact information
- Current availability of services or events
- Quality or safety of any recommended activity
- That a business is still operating
Always verify before you go.
Privacy & Data
Your conversations stay on your device. We only collect anonymous usage analytics. Read the full story in our Privacy Policy.
Service Availability
We aim for high availability but can't promise perfect uptime. Kinly may occasionally be down for maintenance, updates, or things outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Kinly is not liable for:
- Decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions
- Issues with third-party businesses or events
- Indirect or consequential damages of any kind
- Data loss (your data is on your device — back it up)
Intellectual Property
- Kinly's service and technology are protected by applicable laws
- You own your conversations and personal data
- Third-party AI services have their own terms
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll notify you via email or in the app. Continuing to use Kinly after changes means you accept them.
Termination
- You can stop using Kinly and delete your account anytime

Kinly is in beta. This means:
